I have been doing body building for a few months now and doing well as i have lost fat and I started on a high protein diet a month or so ago . Last few months I found that I started to bloat quite a lot due to the protein.

I am otherwise fit but have flab and a preggo looking belly

I was just wondering if anyone else had these issues and had found good supplements that don't cause bloating. I am also wanting a pre workout boost but trying to stay away from creatine as i don't want the excess water retention that is can give.

Please advise

Hey newbiegirl, Welcome to the forums and congratulations on incorporating fitness in your lifestyle. What kind of lifting do you do?

Thanks experttech- Most of my lifting is splits - upper body on Mondays, Legs on Wednesdays and cardio on Friday and Sunday. I do abs on every lifting day.

Good, I usually get bloating only when using some particular brands of whey. Stick on optimum Nutrition 100% whey. Read the details at:

Bodybuilding.com and DPS nutrition have some great deals on ON Whey
