Has anyone tried ZMA? Its supposed to increase testosterone levels in men, but I am not sure how it performs. Any experiences?

ZMA or Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate plus Magnesium Aspartate and vitamin B-6. It is a natural sleep inducer. People have reported vivid dreams and deep sleep by taking it. This is considered good for people who workout.
ZMA is a bit controversial as some people say its only a placebo effect. On the other hand some people report better sleep and increased lifts as ZMA is know to increase testosterone levels in men.
My suggestion would be to take the ZMA before bed with a glass of milk and see if it helps you. Take it at least 6 hrs away from taking your multi as other vitamins may slow or disable the absorption of the ingredients in ZMA.
