yes i agree. fruits and vegetables are known to be good when you are dieting but fruit juices are not the same with fresh fruits.

Yup, have fresh fruits, they are the best!! Fruit juices, even the "natural ones" have lots of calories. Its still better than drinking alcoholic beverages though.

It's true that fresh fruits are better than its juices.Usually,you should have fruits in your diet.You can have juice once in a week.It should be also noted that which fruit is best suited for your heath and digestion.

I recommend fruits instead of its juices.I usually have fruits like orange,watermelon.apple and grapes.We can have juice once in a week.

Is it that fresh fruit juice contains some extra sugars in it, as compared to fruits.???? :? :? Well I doubt that, the reason is that the sugar content will be the same in the both, that is my opinion.Fresh fruit juice is my option most of the times. Fruits are better in the sense you tend to take fiber along which is missing in a glass of juice.That difference is surely there. A bowl full of finely chopped fruits tastes good and is filling too.

Fruit juice eliminates the fiber found in the whole fruit. The fiber helps to cleanse the colon and decrease hunger. The fiber lingers longer in the stomach and makes you feel fuller. Avoid juice as it passes through the stomach quickly and the natural sugars in it are absorbed quickly increasing your hunger.

You are correct, fiber is very important for good health and digestion. Some people dont eat fruits and then complain about constipation.

One of my friends is a nutritionist and he advises eating fruits and not drinking juices.
