I have a question about my chest workout - i started working out three times a week targeting a different muscle group each day. My question is regarding chest workouts. I would really like doing chest flys/incline or flat decline barbell reps. But should I use the machine plus dumbbells? The last thing I want to do is to over-work my muscles. Please advise.

First of all, never design your own workouts. No, you do should not be doing what you like to do, but what your program says to do. You should be focusing on flat barbell bench. The only way flys should be part of your program is with really light weight as a warm up for benches. Hope that helps.
